By accessing this website or purchasing products from Madigan Motorsports, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Products and Services
Madigan Motorsports specializes in off road fabrication and aftermarket vehicle components. All products are sold for off road or competition use only unless otherwise stated.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Madigan Motorsports is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight companies, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the product is picked up by the carrier.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the Madigan Motorsports Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Custom products and cages are non refundable and non cancellable once production has begun.
Custom and Fabricated Products
Custom fabricated products are built to order and may vary slightly from images shown due to fabrication processes and material availability. Minor variations do not constitute defects.
Customer supplied vehicles or parts left at Madigan Motorsports are stored at the customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Third Party Products
Madigan Motorsports may sell third party products. We do not manufacture these products and are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Installation and Use
All products should be installed by a qualified professional. Madigan Motorsports is not responsible for damage, injury, or failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of products.
Off road and performance products may alter vehicle handling and safety characteristics. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madigan Motorsports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Madigan Motorsports, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.
