Shipping Policy
Orders typically ship within 1 to 4 business days from the date the order is placed, unless a longer lead time is clearly stated on the product page.
If the product is in stock and all components are available, orders may ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
If an item is out of stock or delayed for any reason, Madigan Motorsports will notify you by email or phone.

International Orders
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the United States are responsible for all duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges. These costs are not included in shipping or handling fees.
Customs, duties, and taxes vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for estimated costs prior to ordering.
All shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and taxes are non refundable. If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, any customs or brokerage fees, and return shipping charges. These amounts will not be refunded.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Returned items must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. Shipping fees are non refundable.
All returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Electrical components are not eligible for return.
Defective items or items shipped in error may be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of Madigan Motorsports.
Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee. Return authorization is required before sending any items back. Please contact Madigan Motorsports at (951) 382-0256 prior to returning a product.
Custom Parts Policy
Madigan Motorsports offers custom built products. All custom cages, bumpers, and other custom fabricated products are non refundable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Any cage requiring a selected powder coat color is considered a custom product and falls under this policy.
Oversize and Freight Shipping
Madigan Motorsports ships cages and complete vehicle packages via freight. Cages may be shipped raw or powder coated and ready for installation.
Each cage is carefully wrapped to help prevent shipping damage. Affordable shipping insurance is available and recommended for all freight shipments.
Freight costs fluctuate regularly. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm final shipping options and pricing.
